description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre ausentismo laboral y la atención integral de los Centros de Acogida Residencial del INABIF, 2022; la metodología empleada fue de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental - transversal y de nivel descriptivo correlacional, con una población de 53 trabajadores de los Centros de Acogida Residencial del INABIF, el tipo de instrumento que se utilizó fue el cuestionario, los resultados de la investigación en relación al ausentismo laboral, el 62.26% indicaron un nivel bajo, asimismo, el 32.08% indicaron un nivel medio y el 5.66% un nivel alto de ausentismo laboral. El nivel de atención integral fue bajo en un 39.62%, medio 33.96% y 26.42% el nivel alto de atención. Del mismo modo el coeficiente de Spearman tuvo un valor de 0.696, evidenciando una correlación positiva alta entre la variable ausentismo laboral y la atención integral (p=0,000), con una confiabilidad del 99%.
