description La investigación presente fue ejecutada en la empresa FN lubricantes y Repuestos SCRL., el objetivo principal es “Proponer la Mejora en la Gestión Logística para reducir costos de Almacenamiento, FN lubricantes y Repuestos SCRL, Chepén - 2017”. Permitirá identificar y controlar las principales problemáticas dentro de la empresa, en el área de logística, permitiendo que la empresa FN lubricantes y Repuestos SCRL, realice todos sus procesos de manera sistematizada, logrando disminuir la deficiencia en control de inventarios, mala selección de proveedores, falta de capacitación, falta de productos, generando costos innecesarios por lo cual vamos establecer un control en las áreas comprometidas. El presente estudio se realizo a la siguiente población: el personal de todas las áreas de la empresa FN lubricantes y Repuestos SCRL., siendo dicha muestra esta conformada por 9 Personas. Tipo de investigación es Aplicada descriptiva y el diseño no experimental cuantitativa usándose las herramientas de Entrevistas y Guía de observación para la recolección de datos. El resultado fue la mejora en la gestión abastecimiento de la empresa FN lubricantes y Repuestos SCRL. Lo cuales llegamos a la siguiente conclusión; falta el desarrollo.
