description La presente investigación que hemos titulado “Relación entre el liderazgo y el clima organizacional en el Centro de informática y Ciencias afines (CICA) en San Juan de Lurigancho, Año 20102”, ha respondido al problema ¿Qué relación existe entre el liderazgo y el clima organizacional, en el Centro de Informática y Ciencias Afines (CICA) en San Juan de Lurigancho, Año 2010?, ha tenido como Objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre el liderazgo y el clima organizacional, en el Centro de Informática y Ciencias Afines (CICA) en San Juan de Lurigancho, Año 2010 y nos propusimos como Hipótesis general: “Es moderada y positiva la relación entre el liderazgo y el clima organizacional, en el Centro de Informática y Ciencias Afines (CICA) en San Juan de Lurigancho, Año 2010”. En cuanto a la metodología podemos señalar que es de tipo descriptivo (Bernal, 2000), Aplicada (Bunge, 1983), alcance descriptivo correlacional (Hernández otros, 2006), sigue el método descriptivo (Ávila, 1990), diseño correlacional (Castro, 1999) y transeccional correlacional (Hernández y otros, 2006). La muestra conformada por 109 estudiantes del CICA, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios tipo escala de Líckert para la recogida de datos sobre las variables: Liderazgo y Clima organizacional. Entre las conclusiones, podemos señalar que: En respuesta al problema general, se ha encontrado que alta y positiva relación entre el liderazgo y el clima organizacional, en el Centro de Informática y Ciencias Afines (CICA) en San Juan de Lurigancho; con lo cual consideramos logrado el objetivo general y probado la hipótesis general.
