description La presente investigación tuvo como propósito determinar si se afecta el Principio de Celeridad en el Proceso de Ejecución Judicial del Laudo Arbitral, para ello la investigación se desarrolló en un enfoque cualitativo cuyo diseño es la teoría fundamentada y estudio de casos; además se utilizó un nivel explicativo puesto que se busca determinar y conocer las causas y actores que generan el problema de investigación; teniendo como tipo de estudio orientada a la comprensión y estudio de casos es por ello que se utilizó como instrumentos de investigación la guía de entrevista la cual fue aplicada a Árbitros de la Ciudad de Lima, y la guía de análisis documental, basada en un expediente del Juzgado Civil – Comercial de Lima, los resultados obtenidos se encuentran expresados dentro del capítulo III de la presente tesis, en la misma que se concluyó que efectivamente en el proceso de ejecución judicial del laudo arbitral se afecta el principio de celeridad procesal toda vez los Jueces le dan el trámite de un proceso común con lo cual dilata en el tiempo y se desnaturaliza el fin del arbitraje.
