description El estudio de la Imprescriptibilidad del plazo de impugnación de la paternidad y el derecho a la identidad en el código civil peruano. Tiene su enfoque Dogmático – jurídico que viene afectando el plazo de caducidad que tiene el padre para impugnar la paternidad el cual estaría afectando el derecho a la identidad del menor. Teniendo un enfoque de la investigación cualitativa. La metodología se encuentra enfocada desde el punto de vista de la ciencia como investigación descriptiva y en forma particular como jurídico - Dogmático, mediante la utilización especialmente de los métodos hermenéuticos en materia jurídica; bajo dicha perspectiva metodológica se empleará la técnica documental y análisis cualitativo para establecer el estudio y el análisis de mencionada investigación El propósito del trabajo de investigación es establecer las bases normativas doctrinales, jurisprudenciales, que al tener un plazo de caducidad se estaría afectando el derecho a la identidad del menor en nuestra Legislación Peruana.
