La población está conformada por 40 trabajadores de la empresa Fundo Chiclín del Valle SAC de la provincia de Ascope. La encuesta fue realizada de manera virtual a través de un cuestionario de 22 preguntas para la variable motivación y para engagement 18 preguntas. Los datos se procesaron mediante los softwares MS Excel y SPSS 26. El resultado principal fue determinar mediante la aplicación del Rho de Spearman, del cual se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación de 0,514, obteniéndose un valor de significancia de 0,000 menor al 0,05. Concluyendo que existe una relación directa entre la motivación y el Engagement en los trabajadores de la empresa Fundo Chiclín del Valle SAC-2023.
