Descripción
Sumario:This research addresses accessibility in notarial management in Ecuador, focusing on people with disabilities, the elderly, and vulnerable communities in various public and private institutions. It identifies physical, technological, and administrative barriers that hinder access to notarial services, leading to exclusion and dissatisfaction among users. The study, encompassing notaries from different cantons and sectors, reveals that 60% of users perceive deficiencies in accessibility and service quality. To improve this scenario, an innovative notarial management model is proposed, based on the digitalization of procedures, process automation, and staff training, ensuring inclusion and operational efficiency. The study highlights the need to strengthen regulations and modernize notarial services with technological and accessible tools. This would guarantee transparent, secure, and equitable services, in line with the constitutional principles of inclusion and the modernization of public administration in Ecuador.
