La metodología fue de enfoque cualitativo de tipo básica con un alcance correlacional y de diseño no experimental transversal, se tomó como población a 337 trabajadores municipales, y una muestra de 33 participantes, las técnicas aplicadas fueron la encuesta y el análisis documental y como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario finalmente como resultado se obtuvo que existe un efecto positivo entre ambas variables con un nivel de 62.7%, se concluye que el buen control y manejo de tributos mejoran considerablemente los servicios prestados a la población.
