Los resultados del análisis realizado indicaron en la prueba hipótesis general encontraron un valor de Rho igual a 0,688 y una Sig. (bilateral) igual a 0,000; por lo tanto, aceptó la hipótesis alterna y se rechazó la hipótesis nula. Se concluyó que obtuvo una correlación positiva moderada entre las habilidades blandas y el desempeño laboral en un centro de salud mental comunitario, Lima 2023
