description La presente investigación titulada “Gestión de almacén para mejorar la productividad del almacén de la empresa Galeo Industrial E.I.R.L., Chincha 2022”. Se marco como objetivo general el determinar de qué manera la gestión de almacén mejora la productividad del almacén de la empresa Galeo Industrial E.I.R.L., donde la población está conformado por la cantidad de pedidos de los materiales requeridos por la empresa, teniendo como variable independiente gestión de almacén y la variable dependiente productividad. El estudio de investigación se realizó desde un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño cuasi-experimental de nivel explicativo. Entre las principales conclusiones tenemos que la presente investigación, respecto a la hipótesis general, demostró que la gestión de almacén mejoró la productividad del almacén de la empresa Galeo Industrial E.I.R.L, Chincha 2022; lo que significó un incremento de 61.54% en la productividad luego de la aplicación de la gestión de almacenes.
