description La investigación titulada “La gestión municipal y la percepción del logro de metas municipales de Huari. Ancash, 2017” se desarrolló con el objetivo de establecer el nivel de percepción del logro de metas en la gestión municipal de Huari, Ancash en el año 2017. Es un estudio denominado básica aplicativa no experimental transversal descriptivo, se trabajó con una población de 2800 personas de una población urbana que viven en Huari, Ancash y una muestra mediante el procedimiento de muestreo probabilístico fue de 338 personas. En los estudios no experimentales las variables independientes ya han ocurrido y no pueden ser cambiadas, el investigador no tiene el control directo sobre dichas variables, esta es exactamente las condiciones en que se plantea y desarrolla nuestra investigación. Según los resultados el nivel de percepción del logro de metas en la gestión municipal de Huari, Ancash en el año 2017 se observa que el 32.84 % perciben un nivel eficiente, el 39.05 % un nivel regular y un 28.11% un nivel deficiente. Concluyendo que el nivel de la gestión municipal presenta una tendencia en el nivel regular.
