En la metodología se consideró un diseño no experimental, correlacional, descriptiva; además la población se consolidó por 23 989 contribuyentes de la Municipalidad de Distrital de Víctor Larco y la muestra por 380; la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. En los resultados se identificó un sig. = 0.122 mayor al 0.05 de nivel de significancia y un coeficiente de correlación de 0.079, lo que significa que existe una correlación positiva muy baja. Se concluyó que no existe relación entre la morosidad y el cobro de arbitrios de la Municipalidad Distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera, 2023.
