description La investigación titulada ““Gestión logística para reducir las Mermas de Hidrocarburos en una estación de servicios, Piura - 2024”, tuvo como objetivo principal, Implementar la Gestión Logística para reducir las mermas de Hidrocarburos en la empresa Gechisa Grupo Empresarial Del Chira. Piura- 2024. Este estudio se alinea a los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible establecidos el año 2015, puntualmente el número 8. El diseño de investigación de este trabajo fue preexperimental. La población de este trabajo estuvo conformada por La población estuvo constituida por 90 datos de variaciones de productos en un lapso de tres meses de setiembre a noviembre para las mermas normales y anormales. Se aplicó la técnica de observación directa con instrumento de ficha de cálculo de mermas y gestión logística. Se determinó un promedio de merma anormal mensual en galones de 478.43, en términos de porcentaje se registra un promedio de 0.44% durante el pre test. Señalando reducción de mermas anormales de 0.71% respecto del pre test. Concluyendo que la aplicación de la gestión logística de hidrocarburos, redujo la merma normal durante el mes de enero, febrero y marzo 2024, se determinó un promedio de merma a 404.68 gl., 641.80 gl., y 579.43 gl. respectivamente.
