description El presente estudio se realizó ante la necesidad de lograr mejores niveles de compromiso de los agentes educativos en una óptima Cultura Organizacional, en este sentido la investigación tuvo como objetivo Determinar la relación entre la Cultura Organizacional y las Relaciones Humanas según los agentes educativos de la Institución educativa nacional de mujeres “Rímac” Lima – 2014 La investigación se desarrolló en el enfoque cuantitativo, en el tipo descriptivo sustantivo de diseño no experimental transversal de alcance correlacional, se utilizó una encuesta validada por juicio de expertos y determinado su confiabilidad mediante el procesamiento estadístico de Alpha de Cronbach aplicándose a 103 docentes mencionada institución educativa diseñado sobre la estructura de la escala de Likert. Las conclusiones del estudio indican que con un coeficiente de correlación rho = ,639 y un valor p = 0,000 menor al nivel α = 0,05, se concluye que Existe relación directa y significativa entre la Cultura Organizacional y las Relaciones Humanas, según los agentes educativos de la Institución educativa nacional de mujeres “Rímac” Lima – 2014, esta relación es de magnitud moderada
