El objetivo general de la investigación fue establecer una propuesta de plan integral de incentivos para contribuir a la gestión municipal distrital de San Cristóbal, provincia de Picota, 2022. El tipo de estudio fue básico, de enfoque mixto y se llegó a determinar un diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 1873, la muestra por sólo 319. Las técnicas de recolección de datos que se utilizaron fueron la encuesta y entrevista respectivamente. Los resultados arrojaron que la variable plan de incentivos se encontró en un nivel deficiente 42.6%; regular 29,5% y eficiente 27,9%. En cuanto a la variable gestión municipal, fue deficiente en un 38%; 32% eficiente y 29% regular. Se concluye que el diseño de la propuesta orientada al plan integral de incentivos contribuye al mejoramiento de la gestión municipal del Distrito de San Cristóbal, provincia de Picota, esto implica tener procedimientos totalmente definidos que faciliten la organización, siendo esta la programación de acciones, seguimiento continuo de metas físicas, evaluaciones independientes del presupuesto e incentivo a la gestión. |
