description En el presente artículo se analiza el acceso a la justicia intercultural por adolescentes indígenas infractores de la ley penal en el Perú. Para dicho propósito, se realizó un estudio descriptivo basado en el análisis documental y la revisión sistemática de la literatura especializada. Para el acopio de los datos, se revisaron 16 artículos de las bases de datos Scopus, SciELO y Redalyc. Los resultados mostraron que la inclusión de la justicia intercultural en relación con los adolescentes infractores de la ley penal, es aún parcial, accesorio y supletorio. Además, es solo declarativo, por cuanto no se materializa en la praxis sociojurídica. Por consiguiente, se concluyó que la interculturalización integral de la justicia aplicada a los adolescentes infractores de la ley penal en el Perú ha sido una necesidad urgente e impostergable.
