A-Lima, San Martin de Porres; la población constituida por el total de accidentes de trabajo en los meses de febrero y mayo siendo la variable independiente gestión de almacenes y la dependiente productividad. El estudio de la investigación se desarrolló desde un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño preexperimental de nivel explicativo; los instrumentos abordados para la recopilación de información fueron las fichas de registros y los reportes de almacén que fueron sometidos a validez y confiabilidad, cuyos resultados se presentan en tablas y figuras. Entre las principales conclusiones la gestión de almacén para mejorar la productividad de la empresa Perú bus internacional 2023, se evidencia aumento la eficiencia de 82.08% a 87.021 e incremento en la eficacia de 94.84% a 133.66% como resultado, la productividad tiene un crecimiento de 94.98% a un 97.61%.
