description La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la estrategia de gestión financiera y la venta en una empresa de motocicletas, Lima, 2022. La metodología aplicada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica orientada, de diseño no experimental transversal y de nivel correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 35 colaboradores de una empresa de motocicletas, Lima, 2022 y la muestra fue censal. Para la recolección de datos la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento, el cuestionario. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que para el 40% de los encuestados la estrategia de gestión financiera es deficiente y que para el 57,12% de los encuestados manifiesta que la venta es esta un nivel entre regular y malo. Además, existe una relación positiva muy fuerte entre la estrategia de gestión financiera y la venta en una empresa de motocicletas, Lima, 2022; determinado por un coeficiente de correlación Rho Spearman de .788 y la significancia bilateral de 0.00.
