Se realizó la mejora del Lay Out en el área de non food. El tipo de investigación es aplicada, el diseño es de carácter experimental, siendo pre-experimental metodológicamente y de enfoque cuantitativo. La presente investigación tiene como muestra 14 semanas de investigación, el cual tuvo como resultado de la implementación de la gestión de inventarios del incremento del 76% al 91% en el nivel de servicio. Así mismo, se obtuvo el incremento de cumplimiento de entregas del 62% al 90%. Finalmente, se incrementó del 58% al 96% respecto a la conformidad de entregas.
