La investigación fue de tipo de investigación cuantitativo correlacional y diseño de investigación: preexperimental transversal. La población del estudio fue por 30 docentes del nivel inicial de instituciones unidocentes sartimbamba Huamachuco, y la muestra de 30 docentes de la institución objeto de estudio, a quienes se les aplicaron como instrumentos cuestionarios, posteriormente a los datos obtenidos los mismos fueron procesados por el Software Estadístico SPSS. Se concluye que si existía una relación y que era significativa, moderada, entre liderazgo directivo y calidad del servicio educativo en instituciones unidocentes nivel inicial, sartimbamba Huamachuco, 2023 sustentado en la prueba no paramétrica Rho de Spearman, donde los resultados indican un Rho = ,780 con una significancia de bilateral p = ,000 < ,062 entonces se puede decir que si se incrementa el liderazgo directivo aumenta significativamente la calidad del servicio educativo.
