Teniendo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre el desempeño docente y el clima organizacional en la Institución Educativa Abraham ValdelomarSan Juan de Lurigancho. Esta investigación fue un estudio de tipo correlacional con un diseño transeccional, en una población y muestra de 30 docentes del nivel primaria. Se aplicó dos instrumentos a la muestra seleccionada. Un cuestionario para la variable desempeño docente y otro para la variable clima organizacional. Obteniéndose entre sus conclusiones que existe una relación significativa entre el desempeño docente y el clima organizacional.
