En el presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la informalidad y subempleo de los inmigrantes de la ciudad de Trujillo, año 2018. Donde se trabajó con un diseño no experimental – transversal, por no tener una cantidad establecida de inmigrantes se consideró población infinita y la muestra estuvo conformada por 194 inmigrantes entre hombres y mujeres a partir de los 18 años, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta con su instrumento un cuestionario. Concluyendo que los inmigrantes son informales y subempleados simultáneamente ya que se mostró el nivel de informalidad que se presenta hoy en día en la ciudad, siendo ellos el 91% de informales y el 91% representa el nivel de subempleados en la ciudad. Finalmente se indica que existe una relación directa entre la informalidad y subempleo de los inmigrantes de la ciudad de Trujillo, año 2018. |
