El método empleado fue el hipotético-deductivo, el diseño fue el no experimental, se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario que se elaboró en google formularios. Para la confiabilidad del instrumento se utilizó el alfa de Cronbach, siendo 0,946 para la variable planeamiento estratégico y 0,949 para la variable ejecución presupuestal. Para el análisis descriptivo se realizó tablas de distribución de frecuencias y el gráfico de barras. Y para la contratación de la hipótesis se llevó a cabo por Rho de Spearman. La investigación concluye que existe una correlación muy fuerte (Rh0= 0,843; pvalor=0,000<0,05) entre el Planeamiento Estratégico y Ejecución Presupuestal del Programa Nacional de Infraestructura Educativa, 2020. Esto confirma la hipótesis y el objetivo general del estudio.
