Según el Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, el cuestionario de planificación estratégica ubicó un buen nivel (0.871), mientras que el cuestionario de gestión por resultados ubicó un buen nivel (0.941). Los resultados mostraron que las variables de planificación estratégica y gestión de resultados se desarrollaron bien y regularmente, con valores de 56.3% y 55.5% respectivamente. Se encontró que el grado de relación es medio y el nivel de significación es alto, con p: 0.000 < α: 0,01, según el análisis realizado con el coeficiente de correlación de 0,447 según la escala de Vizquerra. Como resultado, la hipótesis de la investigación se confirma y se llega a la conclusión de que: La planificación estratégica está positivamente y significativamente relacionada con la gestión por resultados.
