description El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la agresividad e impulsividad en agentes policiales Nuevo Chimbote, 2021. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, con un diseño correlacional no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 138 agentes policiales. Se empleó la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos para las dos variables; se empleó la Escala de Agresividad de Buss y Perry (1992), y la Escala de impulsividad de Barrat (BIS-11). Los resultados obtenidos fueron analizados estadísticamente a través de los programas Excel y SPSS y para establecer la correlación el programa estadístico Rho de Spearman teniendo como resultados los datos presentados en tablas y figuras estadísticas. Los resultados determinaron que entre las variables agresividad e impulsividad en los agentes policiales de Nuevo Chimbote, 2021, existe una relación positiva moderada significativa (,431, p<,01).
