La muestra estuvo conformada por los meses del pre test (abril, mayo, junio y julio) y post test (setiembre, octubre, noviembre y diciembre) del 2023 aplicándose en un registro de tiempo de entrega. En el resultado se tuvo un tiempo promedio de demora de 15 minutos. Concluyo que, la aplicación del ciclo Deming optimizó el tiempo de entrega en la empresa inversiones y transportes CJV S.A.C, 2023, con una reducción de 30 minutos.
