Para realizar la intervención paisajística y urbano arquitectónico se realizó el diseño de un circuito peatonal que permitirá la renovación y recuperación del borde urbano fluvial, el cual es un diseño que suscita el reordenamiento de las viviendas mixtas ubicados al borde del río, a la vez que permite el desarrollo de dinámicas sociales, culturales, económicas y turísticas en el área de intervención.

The methodology used was descriptive, non-experimental design, Bellavista Nanay, has a population of 2357 of which 200 people who visit the place were surveyed.
