description En la presente investigación titulada diseño e implementación de una red de datos para mejorar la gestión administrativa de la municipalidad distrital de Mazán- 2021,el objetivo principal fue evaluar en qué medida la implementación de una red de datos mejora la gestión administrativa en la Municipalidad distrital de Mazán, se aplicó una investigación de tipo aplicada, donde se evaluó la red de datos actual evidenciando que existía muchos problemas de conexión en la red, los trabajadores siempre presentaban malestar al momento de realizar sus actividades diarias, luego de la implementación de la nueva red de datos la red mejoro en velocidad y también la satisfacción de los usuarios, en este trabajo de investigación se pudo evaluar y aplicar una metodología, estándar de las redes de comunicaciones por lo tanto se logró que la red actual de la municipalidad distrital de Mazán sea más eficiente y eficaz
