description El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional denominado “Intervención urbano-arquitectónica sostenible en el borde ribereño de Santa Clara de Nanay, Iquitos, 2023” tuvo como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de intervención urbana para la transformación físico-espacial del borde ribereño, buscando integrar las funciones vitales del centro poblado. El centro poblado Santa Clara de Nanay tiene como atractivo turístico su borde ribereño y playa natural, sin embargo, por las condiciones en la que se encuentran representan un grave problema social y ambiental. Por ello, la propuesta plantea potenciar el carácter paisajístico y cultural del lugar respetando sus límites naturales, integrándolo al centro poblado con criterios de sostenibilidad. El proyecto ha considerado espacios para la realización de actividades recreativas, miradores, caminos peatonales, zonas de lectura, espacios gastronómicos, entre otros que aportan al desarrollo ambiental, económico, social y urbano de la comunidad de Santa Clara de Nanay.

The town center of Santa Clara de Nanay, has as a tourist attraction its riparian edge and natural beach, however, due to the conditions in which they are located, they represent a serious social and environmental problem. Therefore, the proposal proposes to enhance the landscape and cultural character of the place respecting its natural limits, integrating it into the town center with sustainability criteria.
