En el centro de la ciudad de Iquitos, específicamente en el Boulevard, existen varios restaurantes, con atención adecuada por el personal, quienes son capacitados constantemente en herramientas tecnológicas del establecimiento, desde el momento que es evaluado y seleccionado para laboral en ella. Se concluye que el personal si recibieron capacitaciones en el manejo de herramientas digitales, esto ayuda en la atención al cliente, entre otros aspectos el personal cuenta con contratos temporales y el personal debe cumplir diversos ítems de los contratos. Para la seguridad del turista se realiza permanente desinfección del local, alimentos. El personal también cuenta con los implementos de bioseguridad, necesario se debe implementar el sistema QR para facilitar la carta de pedidos a los clientes y evitar contacto directo con el personal.

The type of research was descriptive, with a population consisting of seven restaurants. In the center of the city of Iquitos, specifically on the Boulevard, there are several restaurants, with adequate attention by the staff, who are constantly trained in technological tools of the establishment, from the moment they are evaluated and selected to work in it.
