Los resultados muestran que la municipalidad cumplió con las metas asignadas por el Programa de Incentivos durante los años 2020 y 2021, percibiendo ingresos de S/. 3 642 558 y S/. 1 346 117, montos muy superiores a los estimados inicialmente por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas. Asimismo, en el año 2022, la municipalidad no cumplió con todas las metas asignadas y su captación de ingresos por el Programa de Incentivos fue menor a lo estimado inicialmente. Finalmente, la participación porcentual de los recursos por el Programa de Incentivos en el rubro Canon y Sobrecanon para los años 2020, 2021 y 2022 fueron de 77,8%, 38,4% y 31,9% respectivamente.

The methodology was descriptive, It was used to income information for the Incentive Program and the reports of compliance with the goals of the District Municipality of Belén from the years 2020 to 2022. The results show that the municipality met the goals assigned by the Incentive Program during the years 2020 and 2021, receiving income of S/. 3 642 558 and S/. 1,346,117, amounts much higher than those initially estimated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In addition to, for 2022, the municipality did not get all the assigned goals and its collection of income from the Incentive Program was lower than initially estimated.
