La técnica empleada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, y el instrumento para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados mostraron que existe relación significativa entre la comunicación efectiva y la productividad institucional en la Oficina de Imagen Institucional y sus dependencias del Gobierno Regional de Loreto.

The research was descriptive. The usual design of the Inquiry was non-experimental and the specific design was descriptive cross-sectional. The population consisted of 80 workers from the Office of Institutional Image and its dependencies of the Regional Government of Loreto, Iquitos - 2023. The technique used for data collection was the survey, and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire.
