Y el objetivo fue: Analizar el impacto del artículo 31.2 del Decreto Legislativo 1373 en el principio de buena fe registral y la seguridad jurídica en la Provincia de Maynas, la metodología de la investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa, se aplicó la encuesta con un diseño correlacional no experimental, siendo eminentemente científica – Descriptivo – Explicativo, teniendo como principal resultado que el artículo 31.2 del Decreto Legislativo 1373 afecta negativamente el principio de buena fe registral y la seguridad jurídica en la Provincia de Maynas, Departamento de Loreto, al eliminar la presunción de buena fe, otorgar amplia discrecionalidad judicial sin criterios claros, y permitir el cuestionamiento de transacciones pasadas sin límite temporal definido.
