El análisis documental de casos similares fue la técnica que se empleó. Para la población se consideró a todas las Sentencias de la Primera Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Transitoria de la Corte Suprema del año 2018. El tipo de diseño utilizado fue no experimental y de naturaleza transaccional correlacional. Con la finalidad del análisis estadístico se utilizó estadística descriptiva, para estudiar cada variable de manera independiente y para demostrar la hipótesis se consultó la bibliografía especializada. Al analizar cada resultado se encontró que: la Casación Nro. 10365-2018-Loreto, la bonificación especial por preparación de clases conforme al art. 48 de la Ley Nro. 24029 venía siendo pagada conforme a la remuneración total, si no que se pagó según la remuneración total permanente.

And the objective was: “To explain if they were paid for class preparation in accordance with article 48 of Law No. 24049, it is being paid by the Regional Directorate of Education – Loreto.” The documentary analysis of similar cases was the technique that was used. For the population, all the Sentences of the First Chamber of Constitutional and Social Law of the Supreme Court of 2018 were demonstrated. The type of design used was non-experimental and correlational transactional in nature. For the purpose of statistical analysis, descriptive statistics were used to study each variable independently and to demonstrate the hypothesis, specialized bibliography was consulted.
