Sumario:The objective was to determine the association between the quality of care and the satisfaction perceived by users of the Transmissible Health Strategy of the IPRESS Santa Clara de Nanay 2020. The study is quantitative, the descriptive non-experimental correlational design, the population was 210 users and Sample 136 users. The technique was the interview and the instruments the questionnaire on quality (Validity 89.7% and Reliability 91.3%) and satisfaction (Validity 87.9% and Reliability 90.9%). The SPSS version 24.0 was used, the inferential test was Sperman’s Rho, with α = 0.01 and a confidence level of 99%. In quality 54.4% reported good quality, 45.6% regular quality and 0% excellent and bad quality. In satisfaction 83.8% reported not being satisfied, 9.6% reported being very dissatisfied, 6.6% reported being not very satisfied and 0% very satisfied. The study concluded that when applying the Rho Coefficient = 0.127 with α = 0.01, there is no significant statistical association, that is, the null hypothesis is accepted: There is no direct and significant association between the quality of care and the satisfaction of users served in the Strategy Sanitaria de Transmisibles of the IPRESS Santa Clara de Nanay 2020.
