La muestra se compuso de 136 docentes de la institución a los que se aplicó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Esto permitió como resultado que entre las variables liderazgo directivo y el Engagement hay una correlación significativa positiva con un coeficiente de 0.809 y un grado de significancia bilateral de 0.01. De modo que, ante un mejor liderazgo directivo, mayor será el Engagement.

The methodology of this study corresponds to the basic type, with a non-experimental design and cross section. The sample consisted of 136 teachers from the institution to whom the survey was applied as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. This allowed as a result that between the variables managerial leadership and Engagement there is a significant positive correlation with a coefficient of 0.809 and a degree of bilateral significance of 0.01.
