Los resultados señalan preferencia por localización de la vivienda a adquirir, 46.81% prefieren vivir en un área semi urbana; el 40.78% prefiere vivir en el centro de la ciudad explicando estar más cerca de su centro de trabajo y tener acceso a todos los servicios públicos. Referente a la preferencia por el tamaño de lote para su vivienda, 40.78% tienen preferencias por viviendas de 100 a 120 metros cuadrados, debido a que el costo para la construcción será menos, pero con posibilidades de construir un segundo piso más adelante.
