Con la exploración teórica que se presenta a continuación se reflexiona acerca de principios de regeneración urbana, diseño sostenible, el hábitat, y la arquitectura de las viviendas sostenibles para el AA. HH. Sol Naciente. Dicha reflexión refiere y presenta soluciones viables de diseño auto- suficiente, entre otras particularidades, aplicables en el diseño de proyectos de viviendas sostenibles en un contexto amazónico cultural y climático del tipo tropical en la ciudad. El siguiente trabajo de investigación reflexiona también sobre el aprovechamiento de las experiencias de estrategias de diseño del arquitecto Manuel Novoa del proyecto: Urbanismo sustentable: Conjunto Habitacional Social Monseñor Larraín en Talca, Chile 2013; donde el Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo, convocó a concurso de Arquitectura a través de la Asociación de Oficinas de Arquitectura de Chile – (AOA), entre otras estrategias de diseño, también se aprovechó la ley N° 31313 Ley De Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible, La Agenda Internacional 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, estrictamente el objetivo 11 Ciudades y Comunidades Sostenible haciendo énfasis el característico proceso de urbanización de los países en vías de desarrollo, como es el caso de nuestra región, normalmente viene acompañado de la organización del territorio y altera, de manera positiva y particular, las relaciones ciudad-campo con importantes transformaciones en la estructura social y en sus mecanismos de movilización y ascenso. (PLAN DE DESARROLLO URBANO SOSTENIBLE DE IQUITOS, (PDU) 2021: Pág. 5). Como resultado de estas reflexiones en el trabajo de investigación nace la propuesta del proyecto “Regeneración Urbana Y Vivienda Sostenible en el AA. HH. Sol Naciente, Belén – Loreto 2022” que pretende mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad con una alternativa que contribuirá a solucionar la mala planificación urbana por asentamiento informal arraigado del déficit habitacional. |

Said reflection refers to and presents viable solutions of bearable and self-sufficient design, among other particularities, applicable in the design of sustainable housing projects in an Amazonian cultural and climatic context of the tropical type in the city. The following research work also reflects on the use of the experiences of design strategies of the architect Manuel Novoa of the project: Sustainable Urbanism: Monseñor Larraín Social Housing Complex in Talca, Chile 2013; where the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism, convened an Architecture contest through the Association of Architecture Offices of Chile - (AOA), also took advantage of the 2030 International Agenda for Sustainable Development, strictly the objective 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities doing Emphasis The characteristic process of urbanization in developing countries, as is the case in our region, is normally accompanied by profound changes and distortions in the organization of the territory and, in particular, alters city-countryside relations with important transformations in the social structure and in its mechanisms of mobilization and promotion.
