description El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la gingivitis y los factores de riesgo en pacientes gestantes atendidos en la IPRESS 3300, Juliaca – 2023. Se empleó el método científico, con un tipo de investigación básica. Se realizó un estudio de diseño no experimental de corte transversal contando con una población de 108 pacientes y una muestra de 84 pacientes en estado de gestación. Al realizar la evaluación se consideró a 84 pacientes gestantes los cuales representan en su totalidad al 100 %, lo que generó los siguientes resultados: El 33.33 % de pacientes evaluados se encuentran con inflamación gingival moderada, de los cuales, en la evaluación del factor de riesgo, el 5.95 % presenta un alto riesgo, el 17.86 % presenta un moderado riesgo, el 9.52 % presenta un bajo riesgo. La conclusión señala que se logó determinar que existe relación significativa entre gingivitis con los factores de riesgo en pacientes gestantes atendidos en la IPRESS 3300, Juliaca – 2023. Al realizar la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado se logró obtener un nivel de probabilidad p=0.01 que resulta ser menor al nivel de significancia 0.05.
