La muestra estuvo conformada por 73 colaboradores, por lo que se empleó un muestreo censal y se aplicaron dos encuestas como instrumentos, una para cada variable estudiada: “Escala de Clima organizacional CO-SPC de Palma” (2004) y “Escala de satisfacción laboral SL-SPC de Palma” (1999). Los hallazgos evidenciaron una relación directa y con significancia entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en los trabajadores de la referida municipalidad, lo cual respalda la hipótesis planteada. Se obtuvo una correlación de Rho = 0.562 con un nivel de significancia de α = 0.05, lo que refiere una correlación de moderada intensidad entre ambas variables.
