description La investigación titulada “El control simultáneo y medidas correctivas en la municipalidad provincial de Urubamba, 2022” planteó como objetivo; demostrar la relación existente entre las variables de control simultáneo y medidas correctivas en la municipalidad provincial de Urubamba, 2022. Ubicando el estudio en el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo investigación aplicada, empleó el método deductivo; de diseño no experimental, planeamiento de datos, prospectivo; medición de variables, transversal; y por la concurrencia de variables analítico; de nivel correlacional. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, y como instrumento de recolección de datos, el cuestionario, se consideró una población de 300 trabajadores de dicha municipalidad y se determinó una muestra a conveniencia de 43 servidores ubicados hasta el tercer nivel organizacional. El resultado del estudio, arroja una evidencia de la existencia de una relación significativa entre sus variables de control simultáneo y las medidas correctivas en la municipalidad provincial de Urubamba, 2022 obteniéndose un factor de correlación de Tau B de Kendall con una significancia de 0,00. Concluyéndose sobre la existencia de relación significativa entre sus variables sujetas a investigación.
