Frente esto, la hipótesis general planteada fue que el desarrollo de un adecuado clima organizacional tiende a disminuir considerablemente los niveles de síndrome de burnout entre el personal de salud del Centro de Salud Justicia, Paz y Vida, Huancayo-2019.
