Para evaluar las var iables, se empl eó la Escala de Violencia de Género contra la Mujer en Relaciones Amorosas (EVGM) y una versión adaptada de la Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg. Los resultados mostraron una correlación significativa entre la violencia de pareja y la autoestima (rho = 0,039; p < 0,05). Además, se encontró una relación entre una autoestima negativa y la violencia sexual (rho = 0,044; p < 0,05) y la violencia económi ca (rho = 0,041; p < 0,05). No se detectaron correlaciones significativas con otros tipos de violencia. En resumen, estos hallazgos sugieren que un aumento en la violencia de pareja está vinculado a una disminución en la autoestima de las mujeres embarazad as en el Hospital de Pichanaki.
