description La presente investigación titulada: «Diferencia entre la preparación manual y mezcla al vacío del yeso dental tipo II, III y IV Huancayo, 2023» tuvo como objetivo establecer la diferencia entre la preparación manual y mezcla al vacío del yeso dental tipo II III IV – Huancayo 2023. Para poder llevar a cabo el objetivo, el método empleado fue el científico,la investigación fue no experimental,transversal y prospectiva. Los datos fueron analizados en el laboratorio High Technology Laboratory Certificate, la población fue conformada por 12 cilindros elaborados por las investigadoras subdivididos en dos grupos experimentales de seis. Conforme con los resultados obtenidos se afirma que, sí existe diferencia del 61% entre la preparación manual y mezcla al vacío del yeso dental tipo II, III y IV – Huancayo. 2022, según el coeficiente de curva simétrica de Gauss. Por esta razón, se recomienda que al escoger uno de los métodos empleados para mezcla de yesos utilizados en esta investigación, se elija la mezcla al vacío debido a que existe una diferencia en cuanto a sus propiedades analizadas en este estudio que pueden afectar la fidelidad del trabajo clínico.
