description La gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de Essalud Puno 2023. El objetivo de esta investigación fue establecer la conexión entre la gestión del recurso humano y el rendimiento laboral del personal administrativo de ESSALUD Puno en el año 2023. Tuvo como problema las prácticas arraigadas como el favoritismo, nepotismo y clientelismo socavaban el sistema, subrayando la necesidad urgente de optimizar la adm inistración del capital humano con el objetivo de optimizar la administración del capital humano . De enfoque cuantitativo con métodos inductivos, deductivos, diseño no experimental, nivel de correlación. La totalidad de la población consistió en 8 2 individ uos, y se seleccionó una muestra de 53 trabajadores. Se administró un cuestionario que incluía 12 y 18 preguntas respectivamente para cada variable. Se llevó a cabo una prueba de hipótesis utilizando la correlación de Spearman, y los resultados indicaron u na correlación relevante entre las dimensiones de administración del talento humano y el rendimiento en el trabajo en nuestra muestra. Con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0.495, concluimos que la gestión del talento humano impacta positivament e en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de ESSALUD Puno.
