description La investigación titulada “Motivación laboral en trabajadores de la Empresa Contratistas Generales C&B S.R.L, Huancayo-2020” tuvo como objetivo general describir el nivel de motivación laboral en los trabajadores de esta empresa. El enfoque fue cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental transversal. Asimismo, para la obtención de la muestra se realizó un muestreo no probabilístico censal, donde se incluyó a toda la población de cien trabajadores, quienes tienen el cargo de obreros en la Empresa Contratistas Generales C&B S.R.L. Además, el instrumento que se usó para evaluar al personal obrero fue la Escala de comportamiento organizacional (ECO-40), adaptado y baremado para Lima por el doctor Jorge Luis Pereyra Quiñonez en el 2015; la información recolectada fue procesada por el SPSS versión 27. En esta investigación se obtuvo como resultado, que la necesidad de logro se ubica en un nivel promedio bajo con un puntaje de motivación del 36 %, también la necesidad de afiliación en un nivel promedio bajo con un puntaje de motivación del 33 % y la necesidad de poder en un nivel bajo con un puntaje de motivación del 31 %. Es por ello que se concluye que la empresa presenta un nivel de motivación laboral promedio bajo según la ECO 40.
