Fue guiada mediante la metodología de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo y se consideró como muestra a 344 clientes que visitan mensualmente los establecimientos gastronómicos del Valle de Lucre de la provincia de Quispicanchis, Cusco, a los cuales se les aplicó un cuestionario con preguntas cerradas Se concluye que el turismo gastronómico en los establecimientos del Valle de Lucre de la provincia de Quispicanchis, Cusco, los visitantes indicaron que es regular, dicho resultado es debido a que existen factores como el equipamiento que es calificado por los visitantes como regular con un 36.9%, por otro lado se percibe que el personal es calificado como regular con un 44.2% (152), así mismo, los visitantes indicaron que la capacitación es regular con un 41.9%, y finalmente indicaron que la promoción de los establecimientos del Valle de Lucre de la provincia de Quispicanchis, Cusco, es regular con un 43.3%.

It was guided by the basic methodology, non-experimental design, quantitative approach and the sample was considered to be 344 clients who monthly visit the gastronomic establishments of the Lucre Valley in the province of Quispicanchis, Cusco, to whom applied a questionnaire with closed questions.
