description El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó al personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Fitzcarrald, provincia del Manu - Madre de Dios, y se tuvo como objetivo describir cómo es la organización en la Municipalidad Distrital de Fitzcarrald, Provincia del Manu, Madre de Dios, se estudió la organización a través del modelo sociotécnico, con el sistema técnico o de tarea, el sistema gerencial o administrativo y el sistema social o humano. Siendo el tipo de investigación básico, con alcance descriptivo, diseño no experimental – transversal; la población a estudiar estuvo constituida por los 22 trabajadores que laboran en la Municipalidad, de quienes se recopiló la investigación a través de la encuesta, la observación y la revisión documental. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el 36.21% del personal encuestado de la Municipalidad Distrital de Fitzcarrald que a veces se encuentra organizada, en cambio para el 26.21% la Municipalidad nunca está organizada, existiendo muchas falencias en el desarrollo de la organización, como es el lento flujo de trabajo que se produce por la lejanía y dificultad en el acceso al mismo distrito lo que hace que se tenga inconvenientes al momento de querer contar con mejor tecnología y personal idóneo, ocasionando también la poca supervisión del trabajo que realizan las personas en las diferentes sedes y el poco contacto e interrelación entre todo el personal ocasionando la falta de motivación, liderazgo para el desarrollo de sus funciones, atrasando de esta manera el logro de los objetivos institucionales.

Being the type of basic research, with descriptive scope, non - experimental - transverse design; the population to be studied consisted of the 22 workers who work in the Municipality, from whom the research was collected through the survey, observation and documentary review.
