El objetio de la investigación ha sido determinar porque se debe aplicar los litigios agregados en la protección del patrimonio cultural en el Cusco; para ello se ha empleado el enfoque cualitativo, tipo de investigación jurídica comparativa y de nivel básico o teórico.
