Se trabajó con una muestra de 163 miembros del Comité y Subcomités de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del sector judicial a nivel nacional. A través de una encuesta de 15 preguntas, se obtuvo un coeficiente correlacional rho Spearman de 0.256, lo que indica una correlación significativa, aunque no suficiente para demostrar el cumplimiento adecuado de las funciones del Comité. El estudio revela que los Comités y Subcomités del Poder Judicial no implementan de manera efectiva las medidas y exigencias de seguridad laboral, lo que impacta negativamente en el desarrollo de las actividades del personal. Muchos trabajadores judiciales desempeñan sus funciones sin un ambiente laboral adecuado, lo que aumenta los riesgos psicosociales y enfermedades laborales. En conclusión, los Comités de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del Poder Judicial no cumplen su función correctamente, lo que afecta el bienestar integral de los trabajadores a nivel nacional.
